What is Sedation Dentistry?

There are various types of Sedation that can be administered during dental procedures.   At Dr. Eriksmoen's office in Orange County, sedation dentistry is often used during treatments that demand an extensive amount of time. It also can be used on patients who possess a dental phobia or have difficulty controlling their movements (this includes children).
